About This Spot

Stepping into Bladi Da Nang feels like uncovering a quiet, cherished corner of the Mediterranean right in the heart of Sơn Trà. Nestled slightly off the main road inside a thoughtfully restored midcentury house, the restaurant welcomes you with a calm, unhurried rhythm that invites you to pause and settle in. Soft murmurs of conversation mingle with the subtle aromas of spices and slow-cooked dishes, creating an intimate ambiance where the pace of life slows just enough to savor both the company and the cuisine.

The atmosphere here carries a gentle warmth, shaped as much by the authentic hospitality of the owner as by the carefully curated surroundings. It’s a space that feels lived-in and loved, where attention to detail is present but never overbearing—allowing guests to feel naturally at ease. Whether you're sharing a meal alone or with friends, the setting encourages meaningful moments over plates that celebrate home-style Mediterranean flavors made with care.

Here, the menu weaves traditional recipes with fresh, high-quality ingredients to craft experiences rather than just meals. You might find yourself enveloped by the comforting richness of a slow-simmered harira soup or discovering the tender harmony of spices in a chicken tajine. Lighter bites like creamy hummus and smoky eggplant caviar pair beautifully with the gentle hum of conversation around you, enhancing the feeling of genuine connection.

Bladi Da Nang is not about rushing through dinner but about discovering flavors that tell stories, all within a space that feels like a peaceful retreat. Warm hospitality guides each visit, with thoughtful service attuned to the rhythms of individual guests, making every meal feel personalized without fuss. It’s a rare kind of neighborhood spot where culinary craftsmanship meets heartfelt welcome, leaving an impression that stays long after the last bite.

Exceptional Morrocan restaurant, one of if not the best I've ever been to, what a surprise to find such a gem in Danang of all places. The food is just sublime, everything home-made with top quality ingredients. The location is also very nice in a mid-century house renovated with taste, just a bit away from the road for a nice quiet moment at the table. Absolutely blown away, will come back for sure.

If you’re in Da Nang and craving real Moroccan and Halal food, Beladi is an absolute gem. Samir the owner is incredibly warm and welcoming — the kind of hospitality that instantly makes you feel at home. The harira is the best I’ve ever had, the tagine is packed with flavor, the briouats are perfect, and even the pizza is amazing. It’s honestly one of the best food experiences I’ve had on this trip. Highly recommended

The restaurant is really delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the chef offers a wide variety of dishese specially the harira soup and the burger, which are amazing. And most importantly, everything is halal

WOW what an amazing and authentic Moroccan restaurant! Found the place randomly and was not disappointed. The owner, Samir, is an honest and kind man, Masha' allah. He was honest with me about the portion size and prevented me from over ordering (I am a very petite woman and he was right, his recommendation was just the right amount without me wasting my money and food). The lamb shank with couscous was absolutely delicious and it was my first time eating Moroccan food and it was amazing! Also was surprised with what a Moroccan cookie is and it was way better than the type of cookie I was expecting. On top of that, Samir made me a ginger and lime tea drink that is not on the menu because I was feeling unwell and had a bad throat. Very kind of him to accommodate to a unwell traveler. Might come back to Da Nang just to go to his restaurant! XD Insya'allah.

The manager is very kind—from the warm welcome to the great attention to customers. My mom and I ordered a burger and a pizza. The prices are very affordable, and the portions are huge. We couldn’t finish the food. The owner asked if we wanted to take it to go, but we didn’t. He then gave us a discount, which made us feel very touched and grateful. Thank you so much. If we come to Da Nang again, we will definitely come back.

BEST RESTAURANT IN DA NANG HANDS DOWN! Not only the food is absolutely fantastic, the host is amazing as well! The recommendation for food is fantastic! Briwats, hummus, and the Marrakech Pizza is amazing! Better not skip this one as you'll regret the best tasting food you'll ever eat in your trip! P.s. the host is very handsome! Attached image of an empty plate is the evidence of a good and tasty food!

We had such a wonderful experience here! Our first night in Da Nang couldn’t have been more special — choosing this restaurant for dinner was the perfect decision. The food was fantastic; we ordered the Kefta and the Burger, both full of flavor and beautifully presented. The restaurant itself is thoughtfully designed, warm lighting and lovely details throughout. We were welcomed like family and shared lots of laughs with the owner. To top it all off, he treated us to a complimentary glass of artisanal Bladi digestive liquor. It was a truly memorable evening — everything a great dining experience should be: delicious, warm, and full of connection. Can’t recommend it enough - thank you Bladi
